Ages 5-16 years old.

Beginner field hockey players can come and try field hockey in a fun and positive environment. We will teach boys and girls how to stick handle, shoot, and play through relay races, obstacle courses, and small area games!! We will provide sticks for players that don’t have them. We recommend bringing your own mouth guard and shin guards if you have them.
