Evolve I-90 Mite League
Evolve is excited to announce the creation of the Evolve I-90 Mite League for the 2024 – 2025 season, where teams will play on a 120 x 85 ice sheet. Evolve Hockey, based out of Rochester NY, was founded in 2016 and has quickly grown into an elite hockey development group advancing players to prep, college and professional ranks. Rochester’s geographical location is also a great meeting point for all the top programs in the midwest, east coast and Canada for premier events.
Game Rules
- 5v5 game play
- 3 – 12 minute Stop Time Periods
- Automatic Offsides
- 1:00 Penalties (60 Seconds)
- Cannot Ice on Penalty Kill
- 3 penalties by the same player: 1 game suspension

Team can request up to 3 blackout weekends

- Sudden-Death Overtime: 5 Minute 3v3
- If no team scores in OT, there will be a 3 skater shootout
